Great location right off of 401. This is a fairly new build and everything was in good condition and very clean. It is a combination Holiday Inn Express / Candlewood suites. We stayed on the Candlewood suites side. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and it was nice to have a kitchen to use when needed. 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Kingston. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very quiet. Lots of parking. Seamless stay.
Stayed here completely by accident as we thought we had booked a Holiday Inn downtown Kingston. It was our good luck! While this hotel is a little outside of downtown Kingston in more of an industrial area, it is close to the 401 if you are driving. This hotel is immaculate! If you are concerned with clean, this is the place to stay. Staff is efficient and friendly. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and a nice selection of pillows. Breakfast was super (one of the best selections I have seen). Everything was clean and well organized. We will definitely be staying here again. It's a hidden gem!
The construction issues with the closed road out front was weird... But the suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Best part of our stay was the excellent breakfast staff of Wendy and Bonnie. Both constantly making sure each guest's needs were met and ensuring everything was top up and ready. Thank you Wendy and Bonnie!!
